Roll on Board Differentials

Roll on-roll off equipment allows you to perform much better and take fewer risks in your agricultural production. Very versatile and suitable for the most diverse applications, they help to optimize logistical operations and reduce the use of labor.

Used to transport agricultural machines and implements, the roll on-roll off board is practical and easy to handle. In this article, we’ll explain how the roll on-roll off board works and show what its differentials are.

The Robustec’s roll on-roll off board is one of most used the accessories in the transport of machinery, agricultural equipment, as well as decks and palletized products.

Robustec has a boards line with lengths ranging from 6 to 8 meters long and 2.60 to 3.20 meters wide.

Robustec roll on-roll off boards have:

Chassis and side beams built in laminated profile with internal reinforcements, which ensure greater strength, durability, useful life and safety in operations. Because it is made of this type of material, this board manages to avoid deformations and cracks in the chassis and side alloys.

Floor reinforced with chequered plate. The floor construction of the roll-on board is structured with a frame and laminated side beams. In addition, it features reinforced beams distributed along the floor, at a distance of 40cm from each other, which ensures rigidity and durability to the floor. Robustec uses a ¼ or 6.35mm thick plaid chequered pattern, which ensures greater load resilience and strength.

Mobile boards for loading and unloading. Robustec boards have two reinforced mobile ramps with a handle, allowing easy loading and unloading, both from the rear and from the sides of the board. This feature greatly facilitates operations, such as loading seeders and implements. When not in use, the ramps are fixed to the front of the board, in a safe and easily accessible place.

Robustec’s Boards are available in all sizes in options with or without lowered tires. The lowered tires help to transport machines and tractors. They have a depth of 15 cm and a plug to close them when used for other loads.

The boards have load anchor points that ensure more safety and agility for lashing and transporting loads.

The anchor points are distributed in the following locations:

  • 2 hooks fixed to the floor at the front;
  • 3 hooks on the back beam of the board;
  • 5 to 7 hooks fixed to the beams on each side, depending on the board’s length.

Robustec boards adopt as standard PU painting in the color requested by the customer. The painting process is carried out and monitored by highly qualified technicians. In this way, it is possible to guarantee higher quality and better performance.

All products are painted with an anti-corrosive base and later with a PU paint finish, which guarantees greater shine, durability and a better finish.

Robustec also has optional equipment that helps or is necessary in the transportation, such as:

  • lateral excess plate;
  • mobile bumper;
  • side and back covers, available in heights of 45 or 60 cm;
  • straps and hand winches to secure the load.

Roll on roll off is an easy-to-operate hydraulic drive system, which is coupled to the truck and allows loading and unloading with much more efficiency, agility and lower cost.

This system can be transported by trucks or tractors to move loads of the most varied types. It is used to move boxes, platforms, dump buckets, building materials, heavy materials, tanks, machines, grain, dry loads and more.
