Straps

Robustec lashing straps are manufactured with 100% virgin polyester material, after undergoing through the looming process they are subjected to the pigmentation process where they receive the orange color, which is a Robustec own color standard, thus guaranteeing to the strap a longer lifespan.
They follow manufacturing standards with a safety factor of 2:1 and an elasticity percentage of up to 7% in addition to withstanding working temperatures between -40° C and 100° C
The straps have a higher number of threads in the weft, ensuring that the strap is more reliable and more resistant.
They are easy to identify because they have as a standard the use of black stripes to facilitate the operation, the Robustec orange color also stands out for its brightness and hue, because we use an appropriate pigmentation process increasing the lifespan of the belt. After all, it bestows on the thread a protective layer that prolongs its life cycle and makes it visually differentiated.

Standards

We meet all standards related to the product, from the manufacture and testing of the mooring sets to the usage standards of the equipment, thus guaranteeing the users’ health and physical integrity, as well as the transportation rules.

Insurance

The Robustec company assures the purchaser of this product, the guarantee, from the date of the invoice issue, against manufacturing defects that may compromise its performance, and provided that it is used according to the recommendations indicated by the manufacturer and with the ordinary conditions of use and maintenance, it enjoys 06(six)months of its warranty.
