The 19th of September marks the arrival of yet another Robustec anniversary. This year, our company surpassed the milestone of two decades of history, completing 21 years since its opening in 2001.

So, to celebrate the occasion and our trajectory, we prepared this article to talk a little about the achievements and transformations of the last year.

We Reach Revenue Records

With the balance of 2020, we record that, for the first time, we closed the year with the mark of 100 million in sales.

Therefore, we understand that this result, in addition to being stimulating, represents the effort, dedication and integration of all sectors of the company.

RHT Program, Lean philosophy and Kaizen concept

In 2021, Robustec implemented the RHT program with the idea of ​​making a change in culture. This new culture is based on the Lean philosophy, which incessantly seeks to eliminate waste.

And, to increase productivity gains and optimize processes, it uses the Kaizen concept and the complete integration of its main techniques.

Therefore, the methodological proposal of this Project is based on an open, democratic, inspiring and motivating way for people, aiming at:

Developing a culture of excellence
Promoting quality relationships
Protection of the interests of interested parties.

Through the RHT, we started to develop training focused on this methodology, always dealing with issues relevant to all Robustec employees. As a result, we have seen increased engagement between different teams.

In addition, there is a time when all employees who have made process improvements at Robustec have the opportunity to show the development and gains of their improvement project.

Finally, the methodology aims to bring people, management, processes and Robustec products/services to the level of excellence recognized nationally and worldwide. After all, our main objective is for people to evolve along with the company.

Personal and Professional Development Programs

Starting from the premise that, at Robustec, growth is joint and reciprocal, in the last year we created a series of programs to encourage our employees. See some:

Cuida de Mim: the program aims to take care of new employees, so that they can develop and feel integrated within the company.
Mundo Jovem Robustec: aims to bring apprentices and Robustec closer together. We promote a relaxed moment with Robustec’s Young World, in which we can present a little more about the job market.
Hora de Gente: these are meetings conducted by the Human and Organizational Development sector, where managers and the board discuss topics of leadership and people management. The purpose of the meeting is to promote the exchange of experiences, improve management processes, and monitor people management indicators, in addition to proposing improvements.
Tons of Innovation: promotes a space for benchmarking and innovation, through the presentation of successful cases. At each meeting we count with the participation of an external speaker who shares with us good practices in different areas.
Fala Aí: this is a satisfaction survey carried out quarterly with the objective of increasing employee satisfaction and identifying demands for improvement more quickly. It is a tool that also enables improvements in internal communication.

With each passing day, Robustec grows, innovates, transforms and evolves! And that’s why the Line of Implements couldn’t be left behind.

The products, which had a timid beginning at Robustec, are gaining more and more strength in the market.

Recently, the line gained a new exclusive website, with all the necessary technical information about each implement, in addition to photos, 3Ds and videos of product application.

In yet another Robustec anniversary, we understand that it is not enough just to occupy a position of reference in the market.

Thus, we make a point of being present at meetings that promote everyone’s growth. Faced with the gradual reduction of the restrictions of the pandemic and with the return of the Fairs, we made a point of actively participating in the events of the segments in which we operate.

Thus, we took the brand to new environments, expanded the scope of work of our employees and strengthened networking with partners.
